Like any electronic device, our regulation can sometimes break down. We can repair it without you having to buy a new one right away. Just send it to our service center through the mailroom, where we will pick it up and if it is within the warranty period, we will repair it as soon as possible and send it back without you having to take a single crown out of your pocket.

Describe to us how the defect manifests itself and we will work together to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
You will then pack the regulation and we will send you a number to hand over the package to a post office in your area.

Connection of supplied valves

From the factory, SUNREG23 is ready for connecting valves with CR303 connection. Valve power supply 9-24V (12V), three-wire. On the base plate, the 12V supply voltage is supplied to the COM contact of the relay using jumper SW1 and SW2, and the opening contact is also used to close the valve.

Connection diagram of the valves supplied by us. CR303 wiring. RD and GR positive supply voltage, BK negative. If the SW is closed, the valve is open, if the SW is open, the valve is closed. The motor automatically shuts off the supply when the valve reaches the open or closed position.

Connection of other valves

The SUNREG23 unit allows the connection of other valves with a different connection. If your valve requires a different connection, for example relay switching contacts with or without supply voltage, this adjustment must be made directly in the SP13 connector connection and the wires resoldered as necessary. We can make this adjustment for you for a fee. Therefore, if you require a different connection of the output connector, please specify this requirement when ordering. For devices already purchased under warranty, we will make this adjustment free of charge. In that case, contact us.
