Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the Seller and the Buyer arising from the sale of goods through the online store.

2. Definitions
The Seller is the operator of the online store.
The Buyer is a person who enters into a purchase agreement with the Seller through the online store.
A Consumer is a natural person acting outside the scope of their business or professional activity.
A Business Customer is a person or entity purchasing goods in connection with their business activities.
3. Product Range
The online store mainly offers:
- pool control systems,
- control units,
- temperature sensors,
- pumps and relays,
- electronic accessories,
- pool heating and filtration components,
- other related accessories.
4. Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement
All product presentations in the online store are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer.
The purchase agreement is concluded when the Buyer submits an order and the Seller confirms it.
The Buyer agrees to the use of remote communication means when concluding the agreement.
5. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are listed including VAT unless stated otherwise.
The Buyer may pay for goods using the following methods:
- bank transfer,
- online card payment,
- cash on delivery,
- cash payment upon personal collection.
The Seller reserves the right to change product prices. The price valid at the time of ordering applies to the Buyer.
6. Delivery Terms
Goods are delivered via shipping carriers or personal collection.
The estimated delivery time is usually 2–10 business days unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
The Buyer is obliged to inspect the shipment upon delivery.
7. Withdrawal from the Contract
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
The Buyer may use the withdrawal form available on the Seller’s website.
The Buyer must return the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days after withdrawal from the contract.
The Buyer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functionality of the goods.
The Seller shall refund all payments received from the Buyer no later than 14 days after withdrawal from the contract.
8. Complaints and Warranty Claims
The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the goods are free from defects upon receipt.
Complaints may be submitted:
- by email,
- by post,
- in person at the Seller’s premises.
Complaints will be processed without undue delay and no later than 30 days unless agreed otherwise.
The warranty does not apply in particular to:
- normal wear and tear,
- mechanical damage,
- incorrect wiring or installation,
- damage caused by improper installation,
- damage caused by power surges or improper use.
9. Installation and Professional Setup
Some products require professional installation by a qualified person.
The Seller shall not be liable for damage caused by improper installation or misuse of the products.
The Buyer is required to follow all installation instructions and safety guidelines.
10. Personal Data Protection
Personal data protection is provided in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

11. Alternative Dispute Resolution
Consumers have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution.

12. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are valid from [FILL IN DATE].
