SUNREG[Wi] is a microprocessor-controlled unit that automatically regulates and maximizes heat extraction from solar panels to achieve the desired water temperature in a swimming pool or hot tub without any user intervention. You no longer need to monitor sunlight conditions every day or manually switch pool heating on and off.

The unit supports an internet connection, allowing you to keep everything under control through a mobile application. Firmware updates are delivered over the internet.

The unit includes inputs for temperature sensors, an output for a motorized heating valve, an output for a motorized filtration valve, a 230V power cable, and a switched socket for the pump. The sockets are equipped with waterproof covers that protect the connectors from moisture when plugs are not connected.
A waterproof membrane keypad with three buttons is mounted on the transparent lid of the waterproof enclosure for setting the operating mode and controlling the device.

The valve outputs are designed for connecting 12V 500mA motorized actuators with a single control switch.
The valve supplied by us uses an internal 303 wiring configuration, where the motor is powered by 12V and the control wire opens the valve when supplied with 12V. The valve switches off automatically in its end positions. The outputs can also be used to control 12V relays (with a protection diode!) for operating other valve types.

A filtration bypass is not required for operation.

The control unit is equipped with Wi-Fi communication, allowing its status to be monitored and configured through a mobile application. SUNREG-Wi completely replaces the previous SUNREG-23 model, which has been discontinued and is no longer under development.

The control unit has an IP64 protection rating (dust-tight and protected against water splashes from all directions) and can therefore be installed outdoors. However, we recommend placing it in a sheltered location to prevent condensation caused by temperature fluctuations.

Factory settings are configured for DC12V/500mA motorized valves with the 303 wiring configuration, which are also available in our product range. The valve outputs provide DC +/-12V and switched +12V. Valves are normally closed.

Important! The mobile application is currently not available. Until it is released, we are working on a web interface that will allow selected parameters to be monitored online.

To log in to the application, you will need a PIN code obtained after connecting the SUNREG unit to a Wi-Fi network.
