**SUNREG-Wi – smart automatic solar pool and hot tub heating control with Wi-Fi.** The control unit maximizes the use of solar energy to heat the water, maintains the desired temperature, and protects your pool from overheating. It automatically activates heating based on sunlight conditions and can switch valves and run the filtration system for a preset duration after sunset. Thanks to the mobile app, you can monitor and control the entire system remotely from anywhere via the internet. Automatic mode ensures hassle-free operation throughout the summer, while manual mode gives you full control over the pump and valves.

SUNREG[Wi] is a control unit that automatically regulates solar pool heating and maximizes heat extraction from solar panels to achieve the desired water temperature in your swimming pool or hot tub without any manual intervention. You no longer need to monitor sunlight conditions every day or manually switch the pool heating on and off.
The unit features inputs for temperature sensors, an output for a motorized heating valve, and an output for a motorized filtration valve. It is equipped with a 230V power cable and an output socket for the pump. The connectors are fitted with waterproof protective caps that protect them from moisture when no plugs are connected.
A waterproof membrane keypad with three buttons is mounted on the transparent lid of the waterproof enclosure, allowing you to configure operating modes and control the device.
The valve control outputs are designed for 12V 500mA motorized actuators with a 303 wiring configuration, where the motor is powered by 12V and applying 12V to the control wire opens the valve. The valve automatically switches off when it reaches its end position. The valves are normally closed (heating ON). The control unit outputs can also be used to switch 12V relays (with a protective flyback diode!) to operate other types of valves (the connector wiring diagram is available in the downloads section).
A filtration bypass is not required for operation.

The control unit is equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing you to monitor its status and adjust settings through a mobile application. The unit can connect to the internet, giving you full control from your smartphone. The control unit firmware is updated over the internet. SUNREG-Wi completely replaces the previous SUNREG-23 model, which has been discontinued and is no longer under development.

What Else Will You Need?
For a standard above-ground swimming pool with 32mm piping and a solar panel, simply replace the manual valve with a motorized valve. If you also want to control the filtration system, a complete filtration bypass kit is available.
The control unit has an IP64 protection rating. Install it in a location protected from direct sunlight and rain.
