Warranty and post-warranty repairs. Like any electronic device, our controller may occasionally fail. We can repair it without the need to buy a new one. Simply send it to our service center via Zásilkovna, where we will collect it. If it is still under warranty, we will repair it as soon as possible and send it back to you, completely free of charge.

Connection of Supplied Valves
SUNREG units are factory-prepared for connecting valves with wiring diagram CR303.
The motorized valve operates on DC 12V with a three-wire connection.
Power is supplied from the internal transformer AC 230V/DC 12V, and control is handled via a relay.
The heating output is NO, and the filtration output is NC.

CR303/NC (Normally Closed Valve)
Connect RD (red) and GR (green) to positive voltage, BK (black) to negative.
When SW (switch) is closed (positive connected to GR), the valve is open; when SW is open, it is closed.
The motor automatically stops when the valve reaches the open or closed position.
In case of power loss, manual operation is possible by pulling and turning the knob to the desired position.
The position indicator on top of the valve shows its current state.

Describe how the issue appears and we will do our best to resolve it quickly.
Then pack the controller, and we will send you a code for dropping off the package at a nearby Zásilkovna point.
After repair, we will send it back with notification.
For out-of-warranty repairs, you will receive a price quote before we proceed.
Please pack the device securely to avoid transport damage.
After submitting the form, we will send you a transport code, which you provide when handing over the parcel
or entering it in the drop box.
Take the parcel to the nearest Zásilkovna point — from there, it’s in our hands.
